Treadmills: Friend or foe?
I know you've been on a treadmill in the gym at least once in your life (and honestly, isn't that enough?!). You're trotting along, watching the person next to you closely. They increase their speed, and you think, no problem, I can handle that speed, too. So you up your speed and jog energetically, proud that you're making a good showing. After a while, you tucker out a bit, and soon after you're just struggling to keep up. Your legs get heavy, steps are harder to take, your shoe rubber catches a bit on the track, and . . . you trip.
If you're lucky, you spastically grab the bar and recover quickly without too many people noticing. Otherwise, you hit the wall behind you and leave the gym with serious tread burns.
We all know the feeling. That's why I'm extremely impressed with the band OkGo. They first won my heart with their dance-fighting, jazz hands video "A Million Ways." Their coordination impressed me; their relentless style earned my admiration.
But, wow. They are WAY more coordinated than I could have ever imagined. Go here and watch their video "Here It Goes Again." I promise, it's worth it.

I don't know if I can count all the embarrassing moments...including trips, falls and whoopsies! that I've had on treadmills :).
