Hey Lo! It was sooo good to see you the other weekend.........hate George had to work. It's 12:45 pm and I just woke up.....(is that laziness or what!) Guess I've been doing too much lately..... like going to Wal-M to get almost 2 cartfuls of groceries and stuff in the late afternoon after I was already tired.....(should have gone earlier and taken Grayson with me) and running around trying to sell sponsorships for Grayson's cross country team......should have made Gray go with me...(you know how quiet he is, he wouldn't have said a word)! I should know better than to do too much like that at once....it wipes me out for a day or two (that's pitiful isn't it), and I get kinda cranky and ill too; (it just makes me ill that I can't do anything normal)....but then I feel so ASHAMED, because I am so very richly blessed.!!!! Emm went to Ole Miss last night to a concert...so am waiting for her to get home. I just pray that she stays safe when she does things like that. It's hard letting go...Jan and Phillip are finding that out too I think! Mike is playing golf of course! Well....he just walked in Grayson's room as we are talking. He says to tell you Hi! You know how I was telling you that I think Mike and I think alike....well, yesterday, during my running around town, I had this brief thought (most of my thoughts on something are brief these days) anyway, I thought....'I need to call Mike and see how his day is going....(which I usually don't normally do because he's in meetings all the time anyway), but something else crossed my mind for a couple of seconds....and low and behold my cell phone rang and it was Mike...just seeing what I was doing....isn't that weird! Anyway, enough of this endless chatter....I hope you have a great weekend........ Love you much! Glo
(Oh, the other day I was going through an older Bible I used several years ago and out fell a piece of paper. It was a picture you had drawn for me during church one day and you had written our names on it (with your cute crooked letters!) You were probably around 4 or 5 I think....so sweet.) :) Glo
The soundtrack varies. Some days it's rock, other days it's folk. Yesterday was acoustic, maybe tomorrow will be funk. Each day has its own life, its own sound.
